What is the refund policy?

Digital products, services and “bundles” that include BASE, RISE, GEAR, HIKE, TREK, TRAFFIC and COACHING as well as any products that include a live event ticket (ASCEND, PEAK & APEX), have a strict 72-hour (3-days) return policy. Once the refund period expires refunds will no longer be granted.

There is a strict 14-day return policy on all ASPIRE products, which begins on the date of purchase. Once the refund period expires refunds and/or exchanges will no longer be granted.
